I bought a Sonic Blue 2004 Lightning recently but the previous owner had an aftermarket radio and had cut the factory connector off the radio wire harness. I was told that the factory radio was a 6 disc cd player. Now I am left with 8 wires that I can't seem to figure out. I have looked around at other posts and solved the speaker wires but if anyone can help me figure out what the other wires are for I would greatly appreciate it.

God I will never understand why people cut the harness when you can buy a kit for like $10 and it makes it easier and cleaner. Oh well now its up to you to make her whole again.. I was guilty of cutting harnesses back before they made the plug kits but I always kept the original with enough slack to soldier it back. Good luck man

I just got a radio wired in this morning and thankfully it works! I'm gonna try and find a factory plug from a salvage yard and re-wire the factory plug on.
