Possible Gen 3 Engine?

http://www.detnews.com/2004/autosins...b01-165355.htm

Talks about fords top secret hurriane engine they're developing.

It also states that ford should be doing much better moeny wise.

Perhaps there will be a gen 3 lightning in 08/09 with this new engine or a variation of it.

Apologize for the possible repost

Intresting. Personally I agree that it over due, but I still think it is going to be hard to compete with a Hemi. Hemi as name recongition, and that is never going to go away. No one is ever going to ask you 'Has that thing got a hurricane in it?' (that just sounds stupid anyway). How much would this engine improve the F150s towing power? I think they need to step it up a notch, and this is a way for Ford to do it, I just hope they didn't wait too long.
