King Ranch vs East Texas Mud

Well, it's been quite a while since I've logged on, but wanted everyone to know I'm still around and working my truck hard. A bunch of firefighters and I took a trip to Barnwell Mountain recently (our annual trip), and after having the truck 3+ years, it still can keep up with the Jeeps on the trails. I've never really done any mudding in it, but this weekend proved different. It sure was fun splashing around in the red Texas mud, but the cleanup proved to be a MAJOR task. I didn't know that 30 minutes of fun could take 12 hours to clean!

Enjoy the pics, and I'll try to keep up with all of yall!

And there is always all those spots underneath that you can't get to, that still have a ton of dirt packed into! I used to just set the water sprinkler underneath to at least break that stuff up to get it out of there.
