as is normal, the driver's seat is in worse shape than the passenger, due to more use. It, and the console, as well as the steering wheel, look like they could use a good "spa treatment" cleaning, and then conditioning. Believe me, there have been pics on here showing seats that were MUCH worse. Welcome to the world of obsessive truck care!!! Don't be surprised if it takes MANY "spa treatments" to get them somewhat clean. That was the way with mine, the previous owner had only conditioned them once in a year and a half. Don't condition them until you get them clean though, otherwise, you will just be removing what conditioner you have put on.

Good luck
