Spa Treatment?

I've tried what I thought was a good approach to the Spa Treatment by taking some damp hot towels and had some success with that, but was wondering if there are any tips tricks on how hot and how wet the towels should be before applying? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I do as hot as i can stand it, wring out the water and apply.

Not soaked...tad more than damp.
