Need help with dog holster?
So I was driving today with my dog hanging out my passenger window. I keep my window half way up for his safety. I got pulled over and received a ticket from a **** cop....he said its an issue to my safety and others. Mind you my window is up half way and can only fit his head out the window. Has anyone made a holster or something to keep a dog restrained? I think its unbelievable that I got a ticket for this. Need some help. Thanks guys
