Got a Katzkin Leather quote

I went to a local upholstery shop yesterday to get a quote on black katzkin leather and they quoted me $1000. Does that sound right? I have buckets up front with a seat in the middle and fold down console, with a bench in the back.

1K for all of it installed? Damn, I'd pay that in a heart beat. Those cheesy covers cost a couple hundred and you have to install those yourself.

Sounds reasonable to me... the material is not cheap for that much real estate... and it takes a while to install properly.

There are some interesting videos of installing them on youtube.

I'd share a link with everybody but I'm at work and our IT Department has Youtube Blocked.

Have a search and i'm sure you will find it come up pretty quickly.
