60/40 seat conversion to buckets

Hello everyone, I am wanting to convert my 60/40 into buckets so that I too can install the expedition console.
Can anyone tell me how this is being done exactly and what year consoles will work for an 2002 supercrew.
Thanks.

What seats are you all using? Expediton buckets, or maybe from a Supercrew?

I am using the stock 60/40 supercrew seats. The console came in today and looks great, just need to get the seat done.

I got my console in and everything went really simple. I am waiting on the seat, it should be ready for me to pick it up tomorrow. I will post up some pictures after I am done.

Yes it was a leather 60/40 bench seat that I had cut down to fit.

did you just take the bench to a upholstery shop and say....make it a bucket seat? or did you have a cutout already made or what? please go in depth on what you did to go from a regular bench to a bucket seat.
