Go to the top of this thread and follow the link from thejake1989. I followed those instructions to the tee and everything turned out great. The parts from ford for the seat will cost you around $350.00 unless you know someone. I got mine for half that. The seat modification will cost around $100.00 - $125.00 to get cut down and to answer your your question, No, I did not have the foam shape or anything like that. What they do is pull the stitches out or cut open your upholstrey and remove the cover to expose the foam, then they trim down your foam to the shape desired for the bucket seat and then fold over the cloth or leather, whatever you have, and trim and stitch it back up.
Follow the link and let me know if you have anymore questions, I will be happy to help anyway that I can.

Looks sweet!

I'm probably going to do this mod in the next month or so. I did it on my 97 Ranger for explorer buckets... should be sorta the same...

Thanks guys for all the replys. The whole job was really easy and did not take long to do at all. All the holes were already there, all you had to do was remove the plugs and run the bolts through the holes. all the bolts are self tapping so that made it really simple.
The upholstery shop that I used was in North Richland Hills called De La Rosa, they are off of Rufe Snow Dr. I dropped off the seat on a Thursday morning and picked it back up Saturday morning.
I am going to do something now to the back seats, buckets of some sort and build a sub enclosure center console to match the front. once that is done then I will get all the seats recovered in a two tone leather. I'm debating on graphite leather with a dark grey inserts and with burnt orange stitching, What do ya'll think?

That's for a manual seat.
1- floor mount bracket for the left side of the seat
1- bucket seat pan and
1- seat adjuster handle.
