Factory power rear glass problem

I have read alot of threads but didn't see an answer for my particular situation.

Like most my back glass started working when it wanted to .. sometimes it works and sometimes it didn't .. I tried manually moving the glass with my wife pressing the button and sometimes that would get it unjammed. I also did the silicon spray to help it too . Now it no longer works at all

I had my truck at the dealership for the brake line recall and I had them check it out .. He said the motor went bad and it is $475. I said not right now. He then wrote the part number down for me and said the motor is only $149 + 30 core charge .. I was just curious how hard is it to replace the motor and if anyone has any pictures / instructions to do it.

I can do simple maint on cars ..brakes , oil , belts .. alternator change , pulley change , install stereo .. so I think I should be able to do this but haven't seen any pictures or anything on this..

Stephen
