Airbag stickers on the visors! UGH!

One thing that I hate FORD for with these trucks is all the stupid airbag stickers they put all over my visor sunshades. The original owner apparently didn't remove them when they were new and the glue wasn't all dried up and crusty.... I pulled them off but I'm now left with a gross glue crust all over where the stickers used to be. Why they didn't put the stickers on the underside of the visors like other manufacturers is beyond me. Anyway, any ideas on how I should clean the fabric up? I don't want to ruin anything. Thanks

Carl

put the passenger visor on the driver side and vise versa, that way you only see the warnings or in ur case the adhesive when their flipped down

you mean install them upside down and have the mirrors/lights in my face all the time when they're not flipped down??? i have no idea what you're getting at with switching them.

anyway. a bit of warm water and a clean rag seemed to get most of the dried up glue off the fabric.

Arent the stickers on the inside of the visors? faceing up to the roof?? Is it me or isnt that one of those not a big deal issues lol. I dont think anybody really looks at that and says that truck is ugly becasue of the air bag stickers lol. Most vehicles have them. I guess its just me little things like that dont bother me .

on mine, they are on the downward facing side and are very visible. there were stickers stuck on top of a silk-screened-type of warning as well. totally overkill. i got the stickers off but the stamped/painted/screened warnings are still on there, slightly torn, and looking bad. i'd get new ones but i have the home-link system which makes things more difficult and expensive.
