center seat, broken switch??

just bought a 2001 lightning and the center folding seat button is broken its always pushed in and does not lock the seat into place. if i pull the button down, it does lock the seat into place, but the button stays up once pushed...any ideas?

im not sure you could try and take it apart, but not really sure what all is inside it.

if you decide to replace the whole thing, or any part of it let me know, ill take whatever is coming off your truck
