dude, find a dealer that will work with you.when i worked at a dealer i bought a few cans of dash paint for a project on my truck so it is available.i have grey interior.now i will tell you the cans of paint are small and pricey.but the color is spot on(of course)they will have to get the interior code and pull out the book to find it.also if you do get the paint clean it very well and first apply adhesion promotor.you can get that at any parts store.

try going to a body shop, they usually have a great listing of paint codes in their system....

i work at a body shop and for the few years i've worked there and can't say i've ever painted or seen a dash painted... as far as taking your dash out, your probably gonna want to take it to someone who has done it before, its way to easy to break and a body shop will probably take it out for next to nothing. If you cant find the right paint i would just finish the whole thing with what you have and noone will ever notice.

Hmmm... you can pull the dash in some areas around the radio by reading in my signature... not sure on the brown parts though.

Do you not have a Pep Boys or Autozone? I'm not sure, but one of those, or a good body shop (I cannot believe your dealerships are that stinkin' lazy) should be able to get the codes and the paint...

Hope you find it.
