Window Regulator on Backorder?

I have been to the stealership three times now to have my driver side front window regulator replaced under warranty. First trip part did not come in supposed to be on back order, second trip they ordered the wrong part. Third trip this morning I go to have regulator and brake hose recall both done, I get there and no regulator supposed to be on some national backorder. Anyone else heard of this or just the usual dealership BS? It is for a 06 crew cab, front driver side window.

there is 2 part #'s for that regulator the ford number 4L3Z-1523201-CA which I stock...and now a motorcraft # which they are going to be going by which is a WLRA-3 (same price) and my local warehouse has 4, so Id say your local dealership is lying to you.

Funny; I'm picking mine up this afternoon.

I would say someone is lying to you.
