99 window troubles

my power windows make a clicking noise, boith sides same noise. when they go up or down. I have no idea what is making the noise but since i had my door panels off to paint them i decided to get nuts with some white lithium grease spray. I greased both tracks and the counterweight. every possible pinch point now is covered in grease and i still have the sound. is the motor making this noise? the windows go up and down with no issues, ther is just this sound i cant get rid of.
