Will 97 seats fit into a 2000 f150

My seats in my 2000 are beat up and worn i have a small console in the center which can be folded up to seat 3. I just got my hands on a set of gray front seats with arm rests and and large center console. But as i look at the bolt patterns of were the bolts are located under the current seats they dont seem to match up. What do i need to do to install these 97 seats in my 2000, Im hoping to find a easy way to do this.. Thanks for any input in advance... oh and both trucks were extended cab. his had the third door rear passenger and mine has doors that open on each side. Im not sure if this will make a diffence but i just thought it might make a difference.

at the worst, you may have to drill and tap new holes. in that case, as long as the new seats/consoles cover up the old holes, you have nothing to worry about.
