i have heard some bad things aobut their service here lately. have any of you guys had any experiences with them?? good or bad?

 

I did some probing of them on Reseller Ratings.com and out of 10 reviews, everyone said avoid them like the plague.

 

Never heard one good thing about them anywhere online.

 

I purchased guages from them a year ago for my mustang, and it was a nightmare. I was shipped the wrong guages and they blamed me???? The part #'s I ordered were not sent. They acutally sent me two of the same oil guage. After getting hold of them on the phone, the guy cussed me out, and said he was the owner and manager. It was finally resolved but an extremely difficult and unpleasant transaction. STAY AWAY

 

i didn't have any problems/incidents w/ them when i bought my dynatech longtube headers. apparently, however, i am the exception to everyone else's experiances.

 

I have ordered stuff from them and everythin worked out fine but I may be one of the lucky ones.

 

The majority of people who have dealt with them over on the mustangforums say to stay away from them. Far away.
