Fog light retro's. Looking for pro's/con's

Recently had one of my led projector retro'd fog lights quit on me. Dead diode. Looking at stepping up to the matchbox projectors for my next set. Basically wanting to hear some pros and cons from all you who have had your fog lights retrofitted.

I have the round fog lights, and would like to run the matchbox projectors. With them being bi-xenon as well, I would like to run low beam to low beam, and high beam to high beam. Thanks in advance.

* cough cough* JW speaker direct replacement LEDs... or for a cheaper price XB LEDs direct replacement. Both will be wider than the matchbox projector and the JW speaker lights have great foreground.... XB LEDs not so much.... just my 2¢

Lariat, thank you for reminding me of this direct replacements! I deal with a company through work that I am able to purchase at a discounted price. I believe it's cost plus 15. I will have to get a price!

I have installed a few sets of JW headlights on some freightliner trucks. Great output!

They are listed at 374.00 Canadian, my cost is 273.00 Canadian. That's not bad. I think I've got roughly around that into my current set up.

227 American, which is 70 less than what the retrofit source has them listed at.

Can barely make a retrofit for that much.

I'm interested in a set for my 2009. Long, dark winters up here.
