HID Retrofit wrong harness?

I recently bought a set of retrofit headlights for my 2012 F150. I received a foot long pigtail that I believe goes from the bulb to the ballast. But the pigtail splits into two wires. One with a round female and one male roundish connector. But the connection on the ballast is one female oval connector with three pins inside. Can anyone help me figure this out?

We are going to need pictures. You should have received the can bus H13 harness.

Kinda sounds like you got the wrong ignitor for the ballasts.
What's your exact setup? Projector, ballasts, bulbs, harness?

I contacted the guy that built the lights. Apparently I'm missing a piece of harness.
