If you have ac trouble and you get the black Orifice tube deal going,
. It means your system has been compromised and you need to change stuff. If your compressor went more then likely the evap and accumulator have crap in it. Change it all flush hell out of evap. a condenser is around 50 you can get a accumulator for around 30 and a complete hose assembly for around 60 bucks. and a compressor say at orileys for 159.00 so for around 300 bucks you can do the entire system, Drain oil in compressor and see what was in it and put the correct oil back in and then dump the rest in the accumulator and if you want split that with the condenser. Put it all back together vac and charge. You can cheap it out by buying the accumulator flushing eval and putting new compressor on but you will never get the stuff out of the hoses or the condenser. You will be doing it again. LOL not trying to be a know it all here but passing along my old skinflint ways. LOL By the way when you put the ac fluid in you can buy the cheap stuff its all the same. Do not put the stuff with sealer in it. Dont let the name on the can fool ya they are all the same. Dupont developed it and you can get a 12 ounce can for around 10-12 bucks.
