A/C only works on medium speed

Need help figuring out why my air ocditioner is only blowing at one speed. I have DUAL ZONE AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL WITH HEATED AND COOLED SEATS. I read there may be something behind the glove box that needs to be replace but not sure. I do not have the navigation screen. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Not sure what exact model you have, but on my 2006 F150 with the manual HVAC, I had the same issue.

You need to change the blower resistor, it's located behind the glove box. Plenty of video's on youtube.

If he has DUAL ZONE AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL WITH HEATED AND COOLED SEATS as he stated, he doesn't have a blower resistor as it doesn't exist in that configuration.

That's why it's critical that the subject vehicle be identified...
