blower motor stopped working completely
Blower motor don't work on any speed. The fuse is fine, you can hear the blend door switching when you change modes, and the A/c Clutch kicks in when you switch to A/C. The ac was blowing full blast and everything stopped at once. Does anybody know if this could still be the blower motor resistor I've read so much about? Recommendations on where to start looking will be appreciated. My truck is a 2001 F150

I replaced my a/c blower motor today. I had the same symtoms. It was not super difficult to do. There are tutorials on what you need to take apart to get to the blower motor. Don't use brute force try the finesse. It worked for me. These links helped me today! I pulled my old blower motor and put alligator clips on the contacts and on a 12 volt battery being careful not to let them touch from the contact points. If it comes on its working; if dead bury it like I did. The posts I got were from projectsho89. Thanks for the posts they helped me. https://www.f150online.com/forums/el...-resistor.html

On the 01, the blower power is switched by a relay. With the ignition to RUN and the engine OFF, switch the AC mode switch between OFF and any other position and listen for the sound of the relay clicking. The relay is located in the relay block in the center of the instrument panel, just inboard of a spot up and to the right from the gas pedal. The relay block also has the turn signal flasher/relay in it.
If the relay can be heard, that means the mode switch is properly working and the relay is, at least, energizing. If the relay does not energize, check the power feed from CJB fuse F22 to the mode switch.
The relay, when energized, power fed from BJB Fuse F105 is switched through the relay to the BN/YE wire to the blower motor. If power is present on this wire but absent on the OB/BK wire, replace the motor. If power is absent from the BN/YE wire and the above named fuse is good, the relay is probably bad.
The fan speed switch and the resistor are all on the "ground" side of the motor and will have no voltage anywhere if the "upstream" circuit is open.

well as it turned out it was the Blower motor and the Relay. the motor had no power so i changed the relay, went with the cheapest option first so I bought me a $12 relay. After changing the relay the blower motor had power but still wasn't working. Tried jumping the ground and still didn't work so the blower motor got replaced too and well i have cool winds coming from my dashboard once again

Blower motor not working
My blower motor is not working at all. The three switches on control panel are new, resistor is new and blower motor are new. Swapped relay with a good one and fuse is good. No power at resistor or blower motor unless I put a jumper wire from control panel to blower plug that plugs into control panel. Any suggestions?

I am not just swapping parts, the only thing I swapped was the relay because I dont have a tester for it. it is a 2000 Ford F150.
