1999 F150 Heater Core

I need some instructions for changing the heater core in my 1999 F150.The windows fog up, pouring sealant in hasn't helped and the weather is now where I would like some heat. I can't seem to find a wet spot inside the truck cab though. Could it be the blend door or a hose and not the core? All suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance.
