98 f150-where is a/c pressure switch or vacuum cutout switch located?
Hi. I took my truck in to have the a/c tested because it doesn't work. They hooked it to a machine and said its full of freon but its not kicking on. That it must be something electrical. Does anybody know where the pressure switch is and how I can check it? Also where is the vacuum switch at that kicks the compressor off while under acceleration? And how would I test that. I'd really like to fix this myself if I could. Any help is appreciated. Anyone know what else might be wrong if this isn't it??
