2009 E350 Cargo Van

We have a 2009 E350 cargo van for work and when we picked it up a few weeks ago the max air rocked in it. But now when you turn the max air on it hardly blows any air out. It cools better on the Normal Air mode. I was wondering if something could be wrong with it?

sounds like one of the blend door actuators went out, probably the one that opens the recirculation door is staying closed.
