2007 AC problems

The AC on my 2007 doesen't work at times. It blows hot air. I'll turn off the AC then back on and it will work. Next time I start it the AC may or may not work. It only has 15k miles, should I just take it back to the dealer? I'm afraid it will work when I take to the service dept and they won't repair it.
Is this a common problem? Will they be able to trouble shoot it, even if it doesn't fail with them?
Thanks in advance

Driving anything in the fine state of Georgia without A/C is not an option.

The vehicle is only a year old. Assuming you are still under warrantee, you need to get the truck over to the dealer if for no other reason than to register the complaint and protect your right to a warrantee repair after your coverage runs out. (Just because the dealer can't replicate the problem doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist.) Also, there may be a simple answer to your problem that they can check quickly. I'd start with the dealer either way.

Good luck.

Yes, you should take to your dealer. That is one of the reasons you have a warranty!!! Had a similar problem with my 2007 KR and the dealer fixed the problem in no time, was some type of relay that was not working properly. Since the dealer fixed my HVAC I have had no problems what so ever.

Good luck on getting your problem fixed. Mert
