A/C Blower keeps running with Ignition Off

2002 F-150 Supercrew XLT 4.6 Auto

Drive the truck and everything works fine with the A/C. Stop the truck and turn off the ignition and the blower fan for the vents keeps running if left in any position other than "off". If I turn it to the off position with key off, it stops and won't come back on until I start the truck again.

I can hear intermittent clicking from the dash area when the truck is off. Is there some type of relay to make the fans shut off when the key is turned off?

Sounds like it could be a bad relay.
