Question Water leak on passenger side

I have 2000 Extended Cab and I routinely find the passenger side carpet wet I have peeled back the carpet to find water on the floor boar and sometimes in the side tray next to the door. I have water checked the ouside seals, windshield and underneath and cant get it to leak. I have also had the Ford dealer do a pressure check on the heater core and air con. system. Still cant make it leak. The obvious (leaving the window open in the rain) has not occured either.

Has anyone had this happen before and what should I do.

Thanks

leak

hey, I had a leak in the same area of my screw, and it wasn't from the HVAC system at all. It came from the weather gasket behind the side view morrors. The mechanic looked and found the foam was piched or something like that during install at the factory. made a mess of my carpet and floorboards during a really hard driving rain, and looked like it was coming from the cooling/heating system.
