Unhappy help, AC drain

Have a 97 flareside reg cab. The AC seems to be working fine. My concern is that there is no water under the truck after the use of the AC. I've located two drains at the firewall. One is not plugged at all, but the other seems blocked. They are incredibly hard to get at behind the engine. I've run the AC and watched the drains but there is no output at all. Anyone ever run into this problem? How do you check to make sure the drain is not plugged? How do you get at the drain to try to unplug and inspect it? Any help appreciated. I don't really want to have to spend big bucks to have the dash torn apart.

If your AC drain is stopped up (usually courtesy of dirt dobbers)
then you will know it when you're taking a turn at the local red light and hear water flowing inside your truck.
If this is the case, I usually take a homemade tool that consists of a long and bent trans line. Set one end in the drain tube and take regulated air pressure from the other end. About 30 psi of compressed air will break loose whatever is stopping up your AC drain and the river will flow!!

Good Luck dude
