Hello, was wondering why Crutchfield is saying "what fits your car" for double din is NONE. Crutchfield says there are no double din DVD players that fit. Can somebody give me insight and pictures model numbers etc

 

You have to cut the recess in the dash where the stereo fits. The face on the stock unit is a double din but the actual case on the stocker is a din and a half. I just put a double din radio/cd player in my 03.

There is a write up in the articles and how to's. They tell you NONE because they don't want to be responsible for you cutting the dash.

 

as the previous guy said, it does require slight cutting and there is a how to about 6 posts above yours in this section of the forum!
