Had a Pac audio pre amp setup installed so i could add a sub to my 2011 F150 FX4 Supercrew (With SYNC/Without Sony/Without Nav), after the installation the control panel no longer works, none of the buttons work nor do any of the lights. all steering wheel controls still work just fine.


if anyone has a spare from an aftermarket head unit upgrade at a good price i'm in need of one please. part number: bl3t-18a802-hd
