08 XLT Radio flashes 'loading' when key is out?

08 XLT Radio flashes 'loading' when key is out?
Dome lights go out but the radio flashing loading drains my battery to the point its dead over night.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bought the truck used a couple weeks ago.

factory head unit flashes "loading" when the truck is off.
This of course ends up draining the battery over night.
Any help would be appreciated

Did it get hooked to the PATS system for power by any chance? Just a guess.
