Line Output Converter Installation

Just bought a Kenwood kac-8104d with 2 jl audio 10w1v2-4. im trying to hook it up to my stock radio...

will a 2 channel LOC work?

how do i install the LOC?

Yes, it will. You need to tap into your speaker wires, preferably he rears.

What kind of truck do you have?

for an amp? youll need an amp wiring kit...

mexican your amp came with the harness that replaces the line out converter. You simple tap into your existing speaker wires and connect them to that harness per your owners manual.

Sorry the other thread you made took a right turn but KCAutosound, who is a great installer, also confirmed this because he has installed several of these exact models.

the harness impact speaks of will have 4 wires coming off a plug, gray, gray/black, white, and white/black.

i thought so...
on the manual it seems like they tap them with the sub wires
but my box has 2 separate terminals...one for each sub....
im confused...how do i hook them up?

sorry for the confusion...

Those terminals are for your subs, there is the plug to the right that will wire into you existing rear speaker wires.
