Cool Replacing single cd with stock 6 disk

I just bought this 04 F150 scab and I can't figure out how to take the trim piece off around the head unit/HVAC controls off of the dash.I have an 04 6 cd changer that I want to install. I expected to find a couple of screws under the ashtray/cup holder, but found nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also trying to replace the speakers in the back doors and can't get the covers off. I just don't want to assume it can be pried off and break something.
