Connecting Ipod to Stock HU (2003 F150?)

Is there something availiable to where I can connect my ipod to my stock HU in my 2003 F150? Thanks!

Wired FM Modulator. Not the best option, but a helluva lot better then a transmitter. Or you could just pony up and get a new headunit.
