Installing Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD

I was wondering how hard it would be to install a Pioneer AVA-P4000DVD into my truck 2005 F150 XLT 6 disc MP3 radio. I found one for 296.00 shipped on ebay brand new and was wondering if this is something I could do my self I am kinda a novice at this stuff... whata re you thoughts?

Just get the dash mounting kit and the wiring adaptor and you'll be all set....it's very straightforward and there's lots of room to work. For 2005 I don't think you even need the Chry. style antenna adaptor like I did for my 2007 and my wife's '06 Explorer. I think the hardest part was the trial & error with mounting the radio body to the dash kit, trying to get the best fit when the dash was re-assembled. I had the Scoshe kit (sent free w/ the radio from Crutchfield) and I wasn't happy with any of the pre-aligned holes. A little dressing up with the Dremmel and all was well.
