is there any in dash radio/computer available like in 09's

I was wondering if they make a in dash radio/computer. Like in the 09 f150's

Where you can get online and do computer stuff.

I really want it for my tuning. Where i can run the obII conector to the in dash screen. Instead of my lap top (that woud be nice)

that way i could see everything All the time while going down the road if i choose. Instead of laptop sitting there, going all over

I installed a pc in my honda prelude I built a couple of years ago, the cool thing about it was music, movies, navigation, internet , and the ability to tune the EMS all with touch screen. The bad part was that my ems software had all these drop down boxes and ignition / fuel tables that were pretty much impossible to read on a 7" screen, it was ok for a quick tweak but anything other than that you couldnt really read the numbers they were so small so I still had to use a laptop for tuning.
