Dash Tray Mods

I want to put a screen in that little dash tray that is above the radio. Have any of you done this or know how to. i have seen the gps unit that fits there but i dont need the whole unit just the housing. Anything would b nice.

best thing would be to fabricate it from fiberglass.
Im going to assume you dont know how to glass, if you have someone do it it can be pretty costly....

I actually had an awesome idea, i had my screen laying flat then a screw actuator would flip it open when i wanted it open. i got as far as making the brackets and sliding mechanism and then i bought a DD kenwood unit so i ended up putting my screen in the overhead pocket.

what are you looking to spend to get this done? i may be able to glass you something up nice depending on your budget

Umm i dont really wanna sound cheap but i dont really want to spend very much on this. I would love if you could do it but honestly idk if i can or want to afford it.
