Opinions on the Sony XAVW1

I am considering the Sony XAVW1 headunit to replace my stock stereo. Anybody have this one, or have used it? Looks like its gonna run about $600 without the mounting hardware and harness. Any input or reviews would help. Thanks for the help. S/F.

Garabage unless your just looking for a dvd head unit. I would rather shoot for a navi unit. Take a look at the Pioneer F-series. I think you can find something nice around the same price. What year is your truck.

Its a 2008 screw. I was looking to get rid of the crappy system it came with and upgrade the head unit, speakers, and add a sub box under the back seat. Nothing too sexy, but i havent even looked into replacing my trucks stereo since my last truck and that was 7 years ago.
