98 f150 vss and reverse wires

I have been searching for a while now, and cant seem to find what I need. everyone's answers are just "you dont need that wire" well, i am installing a pioneer nav unit in my cousin's truck and want to install it completely. anyway,

98 F150 4x4:

where is the best place to find the Speed Sensor wire

Where is the best place to find the reverse wire? (installing a back up cam)

REVERSE LIGHTS show to be Black/red In driver's kickpanel

VSS WIRE show to be Gray/black At Powertrain Control Module (Pin 68 at the PCM which is located on the drivers side of the firewall)
