HU step up?

Hi!

I own a 2002 blackwood, at the moment has the "alpine" factory system (i quoted bacause my expy mach sound was better).

Anywho, i have a kenwood hu kdc-mp2032 almost new lying around along with 2 kenwood amps (1 mono 200 rms and a 4 x 40 rms).

I figure by replacing the factory speakers and the sub with better ones the sound will improve, do you think it's worth it?

BTW, this is the HU: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-OnsmIqC...&search=MP2032
