Does anyone have this double din Pioneer FH-P8000BT?

I was wondering if anyone here has this unit installed http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...8000BT&tp=5684in their truck. I am thinking about buying it but want to get some user feedback. Also, what would i have to do and or buy to keep my Sirius radio subscription on the new unit? I want to make the stereo system better so i want to find a good head unit and some good door speakers.
