OEM head unit upgrade

Hello,

I have a new body style 2004 with a simple radio/single cd unit model number 4LT3-18C869-GC. I would like to upgrade it with another OEM type player from FORD that has mp3 capabilities. I found one on ebay. The seller claims it is model number 5L3T-18C815-FJ, pulled from a Mustang. Both units have the same antenna plug and neither has a subwoofer plug. Anybody know if this 05 version would work ( sound, lights, dimmer, etc) in my 04 truck?

Thank you
