Making dash sit flush?

What do i need to sand down to make my dash sit flush?

I have a single down foldout

SPL is one note... SQ is a flat 20-20.

If ported, always tune to CRF 33Hz... aka the Golden Number

I think i should sand the plastic on the dash kit right?

i dont think he was asking what product to use to sand the kit... he was asking what part did he need to sand.
