Lead tape and HIDs

Someone mentioned this as a way to get rid of FM interference from HID ballasts. Where can I find this locally and how much will it cost and does it work effectively?

Dunno, awaiting some audio guys to chime in. I dont think mine overheat any. I mounted them on the wheel well and leaving them on for hours on end, popping the hood and touching them they only top out at what I'm guessing its maybe 100 degrees max.
