Break in #2

Second break in on this truck.

I think I am done with aftermarket H/U's. May just go back to stock and keep my amps and subs or pull it all out and sell it.

Hell I may even get a new truck since I feel like the King Ranch screams "look inside, I have chit you want"

You guys may see some New PDX amps up for sell soon...

That's the AC control box....so the air works but I cannot recycle and control the temp, I have use the steering wheel controls but it doesn't matter. Getting all the fixed on Monday-Wed of next week. All new dash, new tow command, etc....

going to have my installer remove my amps, subs, speakers and put in the factory unit and speakers.

About to be done with this truck. Going for the stock look and no more boom boom. Heck I may keep it and just keep the stock stereo so those crack heads will stop breaking in my chit.

Which by the way, if I get the stock Nav on the new trucks, can I hack them to play DVD's?

Hey man, Im really sorry to hear/see that. Trust me Ive been there and am sorta in the same boat. My W200 was broken beyond repair in my Explorer. I was contemplating murder. (NO JOKE). I have found a few new scratches since I put in the ECE AVN-6620. So I am gettin a bit worried. We shall see from here. But in the words of the wise "STOCK SUCKS!" Keep the fire burning bro and a sign saying "Is it really worth your life?" on the back window.

And look on the bright side, you can now try out the W505!

So that brings up a quesiton...

What would you guys do in this situation?

Wife told me this truck was bad luck and to trade it for a newer one. an 08 F250...sweet deals on them now and I know I will get slightly killed on my trade but I don't owe that much on it.

or take out all amps, subs and just go back to stock all the way

or trade for an 08 and leave the radio all stock in the new rig....

or Stock head unit and keep subs and amps in current truck

or put the new 505 in, keep the truck and put in a nice alarm system?

or but new truck, put 505 in, amps and put in nice alarm?

JP, if you like the truck keep it. But if you really like the 08s go for it. If you keep it, get a top notch alarm system. If you trade in, remove all mods and sell them off. put back in the oem stuff, hopefully you saved them. you never get diddly for the aftermarket stuff unless you sell private. might try that route as well.

Only mods I have to the truck are the spray in bed liner so that stays....sucks b/c I love that thing...and the bolt over billet in the front, the chrome tow hooks, stereo, back up lights, LED lights all around which I will take out. Those suckers are expensive. Other than that, its all stock KR.

Oh man, that sucks. I hate thieves with a passion. Me personally, I would set a trap for them on their next attempt. A litte something painful and likely illegal.
