Alpine 7998 Questions

I have the ability to get an Alpine 7998 what seems to be a good price and have a couple of questions regarding the possible purchase.

1. What is this unit worth these days?

2. I have factory Sirius and would like to keep Sirius. What are my options? I want to keep the AUX in jack for my mp3 player.

Any other comments etc...

I know this is a nice unit for 2003 but how does it still compare?
