Has anyone tried Tackvision ?

Does anyone own or have you seen DTV's Trackvision in your car or SUV, I have seen it on Unique Whips and a few others places and was thinking of maybe adding to the truck and just wondered if anyone had any feedback on it ?

what are you wanting to know. Ive used it on several occasions. I manage at large Sporting Goods store and one of our store owners has it on his Hummer H2. Has it linked to headrest monitors and two flip down overhead monitors, one of which is back in the cargo area. He uses it whenever he tailgates at football and baseball games. It works, but for the money I could never justify it I dont think.

We've installed several. They work great! Blackouts are not an issue because the signal comes down directly on top of you. The receiver processes the signal a few seconds ahead of time giving you a buffer time between momentary blockage. The tracking gyro in the antenna is very responsive allowing it to keep up with the signal even in a slow u turn.

depending on where you live it woks great. if the truck bounces around alot or if the road is anything less than smooth it may cut out. all in all its really cool. the quality is in between bunny ears and cable. so not perfect but better than a regualar tv tuner. besides the initial investment of just over 2,500k the price is only 5 dollars a month if you allready have direct tv. so kinda of a toss up. depends if you do enough driving to justify it.
