Stock Ford Headunit

I was thinking about replacing my stock factory HU in my expedition with this one:

I want this one because it has mp3 capabilities. I know I would probably have to cut and splice the harness which isn't a problem but will it fit without any major modifications?

its a piece of crap, mine died just yesterday. i had problems with it ever since i bought the truck. even getting it replaced underwarrenty didnt fix anything. i would go ahead and drop the cash on a decent aftermarket.
