What head unit to go with 04 f150

Hey guys i don't really know to much about car audio but would like to put a system in my 2004 ford f150 screw. I need some advice on some head units. I've kind of narrowed it down to a couple, let me know what ones you guys think is better. I plan on adding two 10's and component speakers in the front and coaxial in the rear. Here are the decks i have been thinking about...

Alpine IVA-W205 $729.99
Eclipse AVN5510 $879.99
Kenwood DDX7019 $769.99
Pioneer AVIC-D3 $699.99

Also if you guys any input on speakers i should get and amps i should run will be GREATLY appreciated. Like i said i don't really know what all to get....Thanks in advanced guys.

any head unit will work, it is just a matter of what kind of features you are looking for, personally, i like ones that can play mp3/wma format because you can fit over 100 songs on a cd, however, some things to consider are how much wattage each head unit puts out, how many RCA outputs each has, equalizer settings, ease of use, programable features and aesthetics

as far as subs and amps, i like mtx amps and rockford subs, but with whatever you choose, be sure the wattage ratings match, don't buy an amp that is 400x2 peak of your subs are rated at 300 peak, also, the RMS wattage rating is more important than the peak power, in my opinion

another thing is that it is much cheaper to build a sub box yourself, if able, just remember that need so many cubic feet of air inside the box per sub, it's around 1.3 cu ft or so, it can be easily looked up, just search in any search engine
